The grand jury on Tuesday returned five indictments against Emond Johnson on charges of felony murder, arson resulting in death, two charges of arson and bodily injury and arson-building.
Johnson is accused of setting the fire at Ingram Square Center on May 18 that claimed the life of firefighter Scott Deem.
